TOG and clothing
You should choose your sleeping bag based on its TOG (Thermal Overall Grade), which measures the fabric's thickness and thermal resistance. The higher the TOG rating, the warmer and thicker the sleeping bag.
TOG varies depending on the room temperature and, therefore, the season. If the room temperature exceeds 27° it is better to leave the child uncovered and not use a sleeping bag. The child's clothing should therefore be adapted according to the table below. Obviously these tables are completely general and should be customized based on the temperature inside the room and the temperament of your child.
To consult the table, click on the TOG Table link.

Gloria answers...
What is a sleeping bag?
It’s a padded sack that replaces blankets and sheets, designed to promote "safe sleep." It keeps your baby warm without the risk of accidental suffocation, ensuring a constant temperature throughout their sleep.
How do I choose a sleeping bag?
Always consider the temperature of the room where your baby sleeps and the appropriate TOG for the season. Choose a size that allows for freedom of movement but isn't too large, ensuring your baby’s safety during sleep.
Our sleeping bags come with different TOG ratings for various seasons and a range of sizes to support your baby’s growth and development.
What does TOG represent?
TOG measures the warmth provided by a sleeping bag: a higher value means greater thermal capacity, ensuring optimal comfort and safe sleep without the need for additional blankets.
How do I choose the correct size?
Consider your baby’s age and height. A sleeping bag that is neither too large nor too tight helps prevent the baby from slipping inside, ensuring safer sleep. Use the size charts available on the product pages of the sleeping bags to guide your choice.
Where can I find the free video course on using the sleeping bag?
After your purchase, you will receive a free video course on the correct use of the sleep sack via email. We encourage you to check your inbox to redeem it!
