Delivery times and costs
We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, although during holidays this may take a little longer. If your order was placed over the weekend or on a holiday, we will begin processing your order the next business day.
Once the order is processed internally by our team, shipping times vary from 1 to 4 working days, while costs depend on the total value of the order:

Returns
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can let us know by email at info@inrosacollection.com within 14 days of the delivery date to obtain an exchange or a refund.
The return shipping will be paid by INROSA in case of defective or incorrect product , while for all other returns the shipping costs and any additional charges will be paid by the buyer. Purchases must be returned by post or courier in the original packaging, must never have been used, washed, damaged and must be in a condition to be resold. No exchange or refund will be made for products returned incomplete, damaged or dirty.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are only accepted on purchases made directly on inrosacollection.com. For further questions or special requests do not hesitate to contact our customer service team by sending an email to info@inrosacollection.com.
The return of the goods following the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made to the following address: INROSA Srl, Strada Madonna Marina 100 - 30015, Chioggia (VE), Italy.
The responsibility for the items falls on the customer until they arrive at the warehouse.
How to make a return
If the product is damaged or incorrect
Register or log in to your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order to return and click on the button to request the return, indicating, in the appropriate section, the reason and the items to be returned. You will soon be contacted by our customer service team to authorize the return and assist you in the best return method or, for returns from Italy, to book the courier collection at your home. Standard shipping will be paid by INROSA, while any duties and charges due from sending the exchanged goods will be paid by the buyer and will be communicated and managed by our customer service team.
Once the return has been authorised by our team, we will send you the shipping label that you will need to fill out, stick on the package and, after that, ship it to INROSA srl at the following address: INROSA srl, Strada Madonna Marina 100 - 30015, Chioggia (VE), Italy.
For all other types of returns and size exchanges
Register or log in to your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order to return and click on the button to request the return, indicating, in the appropriate section, the reason and the items to return. You will be contacted soon by our customer service team to authorize the return and assist you in the best return method. Shipping and any other charges will be paid by the buyer.
Once the return has been authorised by our team, we will send you the shipping label that you will need to fill in, stick on the package and, after that, proceed with shipping the goods with the courier of your choice. Alternatively , only for returns from Italy, you can book home collection through our customer care team: in this case the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. The shipment must be sent to INROSA srl at the following address: INROSA srl, Strada Madonna Marina 100 - 30015, Chioggia (VE), Italy.
Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
INROSA will check the quality of the returned product and will issue a refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly on inrosacollection.com. You will receive your refund with the same payment method used for the original purchase as soon as possible.
Please note that refund times may vary between different payment providers.
The refund will be free of charge and will always include the amount of the product or items you are returning.
